How We Works
The Echadi Nation Republic is a sovereign tribal indigenous government dedicated to the preservation, empowerment, and prosperity of the Echadi people. Rooted in ancient traditions and guided by the wisdom of our ancestors, the Echadi Nation strives to balance cultural heritage with modern governance to ensure a vibrant future for our community.
The Echadi Nation Republic is a sovereign government of the Echadi people. We operate under a constitutional republic and traditionally Indigenous/Aboriginal Chiefdom government. Our Judicial Branch is joined with our Legislative branch, however both operate independent of the Executive Branch. The Parliament shall be made up of two Houses, the 9 members of Ministerial Congress and the 9 members of the Jural Society. Echadi Nation Tribal Courts are open to every person or entity within our jurisdiction or contracted. Echadi Nation’s Jural Society handles civil, criminal and juvenile matters, while the Echadi Nation High Court hears cases of appeals and other matters, as may be conferred by its laws
