The Echadi Nation Republic: A Sovereign State Since 2022
The Echadi Nation Republic is a sovereign state, recognized under the principles of international law since 2022. As a sovereign entity, we are entitled to the rights of a sovereign state, which include participation in international organizations and the establishment of diplomatic relations with other sovereign states.
Article 1 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States defines a state as possessing the following attributes:
1. A Permanent Population
2. A Defined Territory
3. A Government
4. The Capacity to Enter into Relations with Other States
The Echadi Nation Republic fulfills all these criteria. Our government exercises effective jurisdiction over well-defined territories, home to permanent Nationals/members. Additionally, we maintain the capacity to establish and sustain diplomatic relations with other sovereign states. Furthermore, Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention declares that “the political existence of the state is independent of recognition by other states.” This principle firmly underpins the sovereignty of the Echadi Nation Republic.
In accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights acknowledges the inherent right of all peoples to self-determination. This right enables them to freely determine their political status and pursue their economic, social, and cultural development. The realization of self-determination is essential for guaranteeing and observing individual human rights, as well as promoting and strengthening them.
The Echadi Nation Republic asserts its right to sovereignty as a fundamental expression of self-determination. We exercise inherent sovereign authority over our Nationals/members and territory, ensuring the development and prosperity of our people.
The Government of the Echadi Nation Republic pledges itself to the unwavering preservation and protection of our national sovereignty as the foundation of our existence as a nation. We are committed to fostering sustainable growth, innovation, and development in alignment with our cultural, social, and economic aspirations. This includes promoting self-sufficiency through initiatives that strengthen our infrastructure, economy, education systems, healthcare, and environmental stewardship.
Our government dedicates all its resources to the advancement and empowerment of the people of the Echadi Nation Republic, ensuring that their rights, freedoms, and dignity are upheld at all times. We are steadfast in creating opportunities that enable every citizen to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the collective prosperity of our nation. Through collaboration, resilience, and the enduring spirit of our people, the Echadi Nation Republic will continue to chart a positive future, guided by principles of unity, justice, and the pursuit of self-determination.
The Echadi Nation Republic’s infrastructure is designed to support the aspirations of our nation and Nationals/members, with a strong focus on self-sufficiency and growth. Key areas include:
Governance: A sovereign government structured to provide leadership, representation, and services to the people.
Territorial Integrity: The administration of defined territories for residential, economic, and cultural development.
