The Echadi Nation Republic is a sovereign Aboriginal Indigenous Tribal Nation rooted in ancestral heritage, natural law, and cultural restoration. As a self-determined people, we seek to uplift our community through sustainable development, education, health, and lawful self-governance in accordance with international principles of nationhood. Our government is dedicated to the preservation, empowerment, and prosperity of the Echadi people. Rooted in ancient traditions and guided by the wisdom of our ancestors, we strive to balance cultural heritage with modern governance to ensure a vibrant and sovereign future for our Nation.

All Echadi Nationals are domiciled on Echadi lands, which are held as sacred and sovereign territory. These lands form the foundation of our legal and spiritual jurisdiction, where our laws, institutions, and cultural practices are lived and preserved.

We acknowledge and accept that the United States of America is the highest recognized legal authority on this land. We fully recognize and respect the sovereignty of the United States and affirm our support for the Rule of Law. Our position is one of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. We are not in conflict with the United States or any other government; rather, we operate independently while honoring lawful interactions and maintaining diplomatic integrity.

The Echadi Nation Republic affirms its standing under the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933), having a permanent population, defined territory, functioning government, and the capacity to engage in relations with other nations. In accordance with both tribal sovereignty and international law, we exercise our inherent right to self-identify and self-govern maintaining internal order while engaging externally through diplomacy, cooperation, and treaty.
