The Echadi Nation Republic is a sovereign government of the Echadi people. We operate under a constitutional republic and traditionally Indigenous/Aboriginal Chiefdom government. Our Judicial Branch is joined with our Legislative branch, however both operate independent of the Executive Branch. The Parliament shall be made up of two Houses, the 9 members of Ministerial Congress and the 9 members of the Jural Society. Echadi Nation Tribal Courts are open to every person or entity within our jurisdiction or contracted. Echadi Nation’s Jural Society handles ALL matters.
The Executive Branch of the Echadi Nation Republic is led by the Chief Executive Minister and is responsible for the enforcement of tribal law, national policy, and the coordination of all ministries.
The Parliament create, review, and enact tribal laws in alignment with national policy, ancestral customs, and constitutional authority. This bicameral structure ensures balance between ministerial leadership and judicial oversight in all legislative processes.
The Judicial Branch of the Echadi Nation Republic operates through the Ministry of Justice and the Jural Society, which serves as the High Court. It upholds law, resolves disputes, and ensures justice in accordance with the Constitution and natural law. This branch safeguards the rights of the people and the spiritual integrity of the Nation’s legal system.
