The Echadi Nation Republic is more than a Sovereign Indigenous State it is a reawakening. A return. A sacred restoration of a people who have always been here. Rooted in the soil of what is now called the Americas, the Echadi People descend from a sacred lineage known in oral tradition as the Xi Amaru the Spirit-Breath of the Serpent, the Wisdom of the Land. Long before this continent bore the name “America,” it was home to sovereign houses, river-born civilizations, and divine councils who governed not by force, but through rhythm, reciprocity, and sacred law.

The name Echadi means “a sacred unit of people moving in oneness,” those who walk in rhythm with the Land and the Most High, guided by the breath of creation and the wisdom of the ancestors. It is a name that reflects both identity and purpose a people who move as one body, one breath, one sacred nation. We are not a new people; we are the living continuation of the ancient ones, reuniting after generations of separation.

Our ancestral roots stretch across Turtle Island from the southeastern forests to the high plains, from the river valleys to the sacred mountains. We descend from many tribal nations and clans, including the Yamasee, Washitaw, Lenape, Muscogee (Creek), Powhatan, Choctaw, Olmec, and others each a branch of the same sacred tree. These tribes shared language roots, cosmological knowledge, spiritual law, and kinship systems that predate colonial maps and foreign governance.

The ancient name Xi Amaru, later distorted into “America,” speaks of the divine origin of this land Xi meaning breath or spirit, and Amaru meaning serpent or wisdom. Together, this sacred lineage symbolizes the wisdom-bearing breath of the Earth itself. It is from this sacred house that the Echadi arise keepers of the breath, stewards of the land, and rebuilders of divine order.

When European colonization swept across the continent, many Indigenous families were stripped of their names, lands, and legal recognition. Through forced assimilation, boarding schools, reclassification, and genocide, the bloodlines were scattered and mislabeled often absorbed under terms like “Negro,” “Black,” “Colored,” or “African American.” But even in silence, the memory remained. The fire never went out.

Today, the Echadi Nation Republic stands as the rebirth of that fire.

We are not forming something new we are restoring what was always ours: the right to govern ourselves according to our own law, our own culture, and our own destiny. The Echadi Nation Republic was formed in accordance with divine mandate, ancestral covenant, and the legal standards of international law, including the Montevideo Convention of 1933, which affirms the right of Indigenous nations to self-declare and self-govern.

We do not protest the systems of others. We build our own. With constitutional structure, tribal ministries, a national treasury, education and health systems, tribal courts, and economic cooperatives, we are reclaiming our divine inheritance with clarity, order, and boldness.

We do not erase tribal identities we gather them. The Echadi Nation is the sacred house where the bones of the scattered tribes are brought back together, where families find their name, and where the covenant with the Land is renewed. This is not a movement of paperwork it is a movement of memory, of honor, and of purpose.

All Echadi Nationals are domiciled on Echadi lands, headquartered at T30N, R48E, S17, NW1/4 SE1/4 NW1/4, which are held as sacred and sovereign territory. These lands form the foundation of our lawful, and spiritual jurisdiction, where our laws, institutions, and cultural practices are lived and preserved.

The Echadi Nation Republic firmly rejects and disavows any association with so-called “sovereign citizen” ideologies, movements, or constructs. Our Nation is founded upon lawful Indigenous self-determination, guided by international law, peaceable coexistence, and respect for all nations and peoples. We uphold the principles of diplomacy, cooperation, and restorative justice never confrontation or disorder.

We acknowledge and accept that the United States of America is the highest recognized legal authority on this land. We fully recognize and respect the sovereignty of the United States and affirm our support for the Rule of Law. Our position is one of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect. We are not in conflict with the United States or any other government; rather, we operate independently while honoring lawful interactions and maintaining diplomatic integrity.

• Build sovereign institutions that reflect our values, culture, and spiritual mandate.

• Unite our people under the banner of oneness Echadi moving together in divine rhythm.

To be Echadi is to walk in oneness with Creator, with Creation, and with each other.

We are no longer scattered.

We are no longer hidden.

We are no longer waiting for recognition.

We are the breath of the ancestors.

We are the rhythm of the land.
