 ECHADI NATIONALITY (Echadi National)
Definition:
Nationality is the full lawful and spiritual affiliation with the Echadi Nation Republic. It recognizes a man/woman as a permanent national of the Nation, either by birthright or bloodline

Constitutional Status: Protected by the Echadi Constitution (Unit 13 – Supremacy Clause Covenant of the National Community).
Full Political Rights:
• Vote in national elections
• Hold public office
• Be represented in tribal treaties
Jurisdictional Coverage:
• ENR High Court protections
• Sovereign travel and diplomatic rights
• Recognition of private land holdings, trust declarations, and tribal marriages

 ECHADI MEMBERSHIP (Private Member of the Nation)
Definition:
Membership refers to a private, contractual relationship with the Echadi Nation Republic through one of its authorized associations, ministries, cooperatives, or service branches. It does not confer nationality but allows participation in selected services and benefits.
Key Benefits:
Member Identification:
• Issued an official Echadi Member ID Card
• This card is non-tax-exempt, intended for private commerce and access to benefits.
Access to Nation-Based Services:
• Discounted products and services through Echadi-owned cooperatives, clinics, schools, and more
Access to National Meetings (public sessions and community updates)
Business Access:
• Ability to register Business Entities under ENR’s jurisdiction
• May apply for a Tribal Entity Identification Number (TEIN)
Educational and Health Resources:
• Limited access to continuing education programs, wellness events, and indigenous training sessions
Contribution to Nation Building:
• Participation in charitable works, ministries, and community projects
