Echadi Nation Republic Fee Schedule for Violations Against Nationals

This fee schedule applies to any improper actions, detainments, or violations committed against the nationals of the Echadi Nation Republic. It is enforceable under the Nation’s sovereignty, international law, and customary rights recognized by treaties and declarations, MonteVideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States 1933. The convention established the standard definition of a state under international law. The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), The American Declaration of Rights of Indigenous Peoples (American DRIP), and The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
Section 1: General Definitions
1. Improper Detainment: Any unlawful or unjustified restriction of a national’s freedom of movement or liberty.
2. Wrongful Arrest: Arrests conducted without lawful cause, due process, or in violation of the individual’s rights.
3. Unauthorized Fingerprinting: The taking of biometric data without the express consent of the national or outside lawful protocol.
4. Seizure of Personal Property: Unlawful confiscation or failure to return property belonging to a national.
5. Harassment and Mistreatment: Any form of undue harassment, verbal or physical mistreatment, or psychological harm inflicted during an encounter.

Section 3: Compounded Fees
1. Multiple Violations: Fees for each violation are cumulative. For example, wrongful arrest and unauthorized fingerprinting would result in a total fee of $25,000.
2. Ongoing Violations: Fees for ongoing violations, such as continued detainment, accrue hourly or daily as specified in the fee structure.
Section 4: Reporting and Enforcement
1. Documentation: Nationals should document all instances of violations, including time, date, location, and any evidence of mistreatment.
2. Notification: All violations must be reported to the Ministry of Defense and Intelligence for evaluation and enforcement.
3. Jurisdictional Action: The Echadi Nation Republic reserves the right to pursue restitution through diplomatic channels, international law, or other appropriate means.
Section 5: Payment and Penalties
1. Invoice Issuance: An invoice for violations will be issued to the offending party, agency, or organization upon confirmation of the incident.
2. Payment Deadline: All invoices must be settled within 30 days of issuance. Failure to comply may result in additional penalties, including:
• Interest accrued at 5% per month.
• Diplomatic action and public disclosure.
3. Restitution to Nationals: A percentage of the collected fees will be provided as compensation to the affected national(s).
Section 6: Disclaimer
The Echadi Nation Republic maintains its sovereign right to enforce this fee schedule. Any disputes regarding fees or incidents will be resolved according to the principles of international law, recognized treaties, and the Nation’s internal processes.
